Cancellation Policy
Cancellation + reschedule policy To cancel or reschedule a session, please notify us at least 24 hours before your scheduled time. Late cancellations and no-shows are non-refundable. For sessions paid via Stripe checkout, the booking is held the moment payment clears. Refunds are issued at our discretion for cancellations made >24h in advance. For scoped engagements (anything over $500), see your individual scoping agreement.
